THE STORY BEHIND OUR MISSION
When we lost my father twenty years ago, our family was heartbroken and scattered across the world. In 2006, I created a digital memorial for him through a third-party service. It gave us a central space to gather our throughs and for two decades, it became a comforting anchor for our family; a place to visit on anniversaries, birthdays and quiet evenings when we missed him most.
But as the years passed, technology changed. By 2025, that original website felt outdated and hard to navigate on modern mobiles, and didn't reflect the beautiful, vibrant way we wanted to remember him today.
Last year, I decided to redesign his tribute from scratch. I rebuilt it with a fresh, elegant and modern design, ensuring his photographs, life stories and the messages left by friends were preserved in a beautiful, mobile-friendly, permanent space.
Seeing the profound comfort this brought back to my family was the spark for The Meaningful Moments Hub. I realised that every family deserves a beautiful, timeless, dignified space to honour their loved ones, without the stress of deal with complicated technology during a time of grief.
