HOW IT
STARTED
I'd been building websites for over 15 years, mainly for mine and my husband's businesses. I enjoyed it, especially the design side, but the idea of creating generic business websites didn't excite me.
Years ago, I had the idea to create memorial websites, but life got in the way, and it never happened. Then one day, while looking at my own dad's memorial site, built back in 2006 and painfully outdated, it all clicked. I knew I wanted to create something better. Something more meaningful. A digital space that truly honoured life and memories.
But I didn't want to stop there.
I started thinking about other moments in life that deserve their own space; new arrivals, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family milestones etc. The idea of creating personal, story-driven websites; not just for one event, but for the so many beautiful moments we share in our lives; sparked something in me.
And just like that, The Meaningful Moments Hub was born; personal websites for life's most meaningful moments.
