Iris ‘Genny’ Beaumont passed away on a bright, clear morning on 28th September 2023.
A lifelong yoga instructor and advocate for mindfulness, Iris lived a life defined by grace and tranquillity. She had a rare gift for listening and a laugh that could brighten the gloomiest day.
Whether she was hiking the rolling hills of the Peak District or painting watercolours of the horizon, Iris moved through the world with a gentle ease.
She is remembered by her siblings and her many students as a beacon of calm in a busy world.
